    High risk adventure companies should have to pay for any recovery efforts either directly or by insurance or have all of their customers sign a "no recovery effort" waiver.

    Taxpayer funds should not support recovery efforts for high-wealth individuals putting themselves in harms way.

    30 immigrants died off the coast of Spain yesterday. Barely made the news.
